ESEL has endorsed the European Charter for Researchers, reinforcing its commitment to adopt its 20 principles and use them as a guide for the continuous improvement of researchers' working conditions, through the development of a Human Resources Strategy for Researchers.
The European Commission awards the “HR Excellence in Research Award” to institutions that present an Action Plan aimed at aligning their human resources policies with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
