ESEL can award specific recognition to holders of a Nursing Degree or Nurse’s Master's Degree, in the areas of training it provides.
It is the act that allows for recognition of a foreign higher education degree or diploma identical to an academic degree or Portuguese higher education diploma, through the particular analysis of the level, duration and programme content, in a determined area of training, branch of knowledge or specialty.
Awarding specific recognition implies the issuance of a certificate that identifies the scientific degree and area, as well as a final classification on the Portuguese classification scale.
