ESEL has Protocols/Interinstitutional Agreements that include mobility programs aimed at students, teaching and non-teaching staff, allowing them to benefit from an international experience and enrich their academic, scientific and professional curriculum.
IRMO main goals:
- Promote national and international relations by providing knowledge of different scientific, pedagogical, cultural and social contexts;
- Promote the mobility of students, teachers and non-teaching staff, as a way of understanding different sociocultural realities;
- Support national and international exchange programs leading to the development of teaching and research in Nursing, and Nursing as a scientific discipline.
Three distinct types of activities are delimited, according to the target group:
- Students: Mobility programs with the aim of providing contact with other teaching models (theoretical and/or practical), learning internships in a work context and differentiated sociocultural experiences;
- Teachers: Teaching, mobility and exchange programs that aim to provide experiences in the pedagogical and research fields leading to the development and improvement of skills;
- Non-Teachers: Training programs aimed at improving professional skills.
